Booking details - The T & C's (Terms and Conditions)




  1. You can choose whether to pay the full amount for the course in one go, or if you want, you can secure your place on the course by paying a deposit. We will then send or email you an invoice for the outstanding amount, which you must pay at least 7 days before the start of the course.

  1. You can book and pay for a course through our webshop above and you will be directed to the secure payments section. You can pay with any major debit or credit card, or if you choose, your PayPal account if you have one. Payment is secure, quick and easy.


  1. If you would rather pay by cheque, download the PDF booking form from here, fill it in and return it to us with payment for the full amount or a deposit of £50 to confirm your place on the course.


  1. If you are booking more than one place we will be in touch to confirm the individual participants details with you.


  1. We will email/post you a booking confirmation along with the joining instructions for your course.


  1. Buy a course as a gift or a present! - Course vouchers are available as presents or gifts - perfect for that special someone who has everything, an ideal present for a chance to getaway for a few days. If you are booking a course as a gift for someone, we will confirm all details with you in the follow-up emails. For example recipient's full name, address, type of course chosen and when/how and where to send the all important Gift Voucher.



  1. Once payment is received in full and joining instructions have been sent via the methods of communication provided it is your responsibility to arrive on time and on the correct day for the course.


  1. York Wood Crafts under takes to provide the course in full as described on our website.


  1. Cancellations:

9.1 Cancellations by the participant up to two weeks prior to the course will have refunds made over and above the deposit amount made.

9.2 Deposits are non refundable.

9.3 Cancellations made with less than two weeks to the course will not be refunded.

9.4 We do try our best to be as accommodating as possible and will always try to reroute you to an alternative or future course.

9.5 If for any reason York Wood Crafts have to cancel or move the course. We will try our best to accommodate you on a future course. Failing that a full refund will be issued.


  1. We will keep your details on record to contact you about future courses, events and special offers, we promise not to bombard you with unwanted emails and you can opt out of this at anytime. Your details will be kept securely and will not be shared.
